Job Information - Quote - Load by Job No

Use this option to recall a quote by job number.

Technical Tip You can convert a quote to a normal service job or a field service job using the CHANGE DEPARTMENT menu option on the Job Information screen (refer to "Job Information - Quote - Change Department").

1. Select TRANSACTIONS | JOB TRANSACTIONS.

Micronet displays the Job Information screen.

2. Select QUOTE | LOAD BY JOB NUMBER.

Micronet displays the Job Selection screen.

3. If required, you can filter the list of quotes displayed by Job No, Debtor or Job Status.

Note that you can have statuses that are specific to quotes.

Micronet displays the quotes matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.

4. Double-click on the quote you want to load, or select a quote and press the Enter key.

Micronet redisplays the Job Information screen with the job header details.

5. Edit the job header details as required.

6. If you want to convert the quote to a service job, select QUOTE | CHANGE DEPARTMENT.

Refer to "Job Information - Quote - Change Department".

7. Continue processing the quote or job by completing the steps required in the "Job Transactions Overview".
